YOU ARE LOVED!

Good morning! I have a quick and simple card for you today that I think you can use for many occasions! I created a marbled look with three different shades of red/pink alcohol inks. This technique is a lot of fun so you've never tried it I encourage you to do so! I think it makes a great background! I added a beautiful die cut from the SU! Rose Garden thinlits dies.

I used the new CARDZ TV stamp set "Love Ya" which
I am absolutely crazy over!!! This stamp set will make a
great addition to your collection!

Have a fabulous day!

Showing GRATITUDE!

Hello again everyone! Today I would like
to share a gift idea with you! I will be
attending an early Thanksgiving dinner this weekend
with my family and wanted to take something nice to
give the cook! lol (My fiancé's mom prepares most
of the food for our dinner.) This year will be very
special for me because I get to have both sides of
my family in one place! Since we haven't been "home" (PA)
in quite sometime, my soon-to-be mother in law invited my side
of the family to her house this Sunday to celebrate with all
of us. This way we could spend time with everyone! It is hard
to visit everyone you love in a very short amount of time
so I thought this was very gracious of her to do for me
It will take some of the stress out of trying to fine
enough time in a "four day weekend" to see everyone!

I decided to take her a bottle of NC wine and I wanted
to fancy it up a bit with a wine bottle tag! I read a short
article about the effect of contrast so I thought I would give
that a try in my project as well. I thought the black/white
contrast really made Mary's sentiment POP! I think the font
she used to make this sentiment is very classy too.
It just really describes in ONE word how I feel about what
this family dinner on Sunday will bring for me! It has been
over a year since I have seen some of them so as you can
imagine I really looking forward to it! :)

Supplies Used:
SU! French Foliage stamp set
My Time Made Easy-Over the Top SVG
CARDZ TV "Many Thanks" stamp set

So what are some things you are
GRATEFUL for? This would be a great
time to pull out or purchase this stamp set
and make a gift for someone you would like
to show your GRATITUDE towards! :)
Hopefully I have inspired you today!

Have a wonderful day!

Prima tag

Last week I made a free 'make at take' at our local
scrapbook store in Greensboro, NC ~ Betty's Creative Studio.
Prima Ambassador Tara Nixon Cox was there demoing on
"Prima Day"! She had various products there for us to try such
as their infamous flowers, glitter, stencils and transparent mat gel!
She gave us the option of making a card or 12 inch watercolor tag.
I was very pleased with how my project turned out so I wanted to
share it with all of you! If you click on the actual picture above you
can see a much crisper view of the tag. I am still trying to figure
out why I can't get my pictures to be more clear in the actual post
anymore. If anyone has any advice and would like to leave me a
message I would be very appreciative! Thanks so much!

Enjoy your week!

Halloween paperscape

Hey everybody! Hope you are all keeping warm!
The weather has been getting much cooler over the past
few days...some areas have even gotten some snow flurries!
I had warm thoughts in mind as I created this 3D paperscape
by Dreaming Tree! It was so much fun to make, but very hard to
capture well in pictures because the tealights kept causing
shadows. haha! The box card folds flat and also has a matching
envelope so it can be mailed! Mary's stamp set went so nicely with
this scene. There is also another sentiment in this set
that I thought would go great with it as well! "Scaredy Cat!" :)
Mine, however, is being displayed on my mantle and stands
about 12" tall!

Supplies Used:
Dreaming Tree Black Cat Halloween Paperscape Box Card
Creative Memories paper pack (N/A)
Creative Memories pumpkins punch out (N/A)
Cardz TV Frankly Frightful stamp set

Wishing you all a blessed day!
